Focus is the ability to pay undivided attention to a subject matter or project until completion or success has been achieved. It is the ability to overcome distractions. Its power as a tool for achieving excellence cannot be underestimated.

- Focus works like a muscle. If you use it poorly, it can wither. When you work it well, it grows.
