THE BIRTH OF JESUS CHRIST GRANTS US PEACE.
The Birth Of Jesus Christ Grants Us Peace.
The birth of Jesus was prophesied in the book of (Isaiah 9 vs 6) before Jesus was born to earth by his mother, The Virgin Mary gave birth to the Prince of Peace who brought Redemption, Peace, Forgiveness, Salvation and the Holy Spirit, who is our Counselor, read (John 14 vs 26).
Let’s read (Isaiah 9 vs 6 NKV) it says:
For Unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Jesus Christ has granted everyone who believes in God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit Peace, Jesus said in (John 14 vs 27 NKV) “Peace I live with you, my peace I give unto you, not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid”.
From the above scripture, we are made to understand that the Birth of Jesus was meant to grant everyone who believes in him and his works on earth, peace in a world full of trials, tribulation, temptation, confusion, discouragement, and disappointment, but we can only gain access to the peace of Jesus Christ if we know him beyond what we hear and what we are told about him, we must be willing to have a personal relationship with him then we can have the peace of Jesus Christ.
HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PEACE OF JESUS CHRIST
To have access to the peace of Jesus Christ one must follow these Biblical Principles below:
1. You must be born again (John 3 vs 1-5).
2. You must believe in the Redemption of Jesus Christ (John 6 vs 64).
3. You must Love other people (Matthew 22 vs 39).
4. You must forgive those who wrong you (Matthew 18 vs 21-22)
5. You must worship God in spirit and truth (John 4 vs 24).
The above points are ways for us to gain access to the Peace of Jesus our Lord and Savior who redeemed us from sin and destruction in a troublesome world filled with unpleasant happenings.
But we can still find peace in Jesus because that is one reason he was sent to humanity to give us peace since he is the Prince of Peace, we can find the peace that comes within, not the peace that comes from this world that is temporal in nature.
