Do you know that programming and coding are among the highest-paid jobs around the world today? Companies pay high remuneration to programmers and people who are perfect in coding.
The challenge of getting a job in third world countries, which Nigeria falls under is on the increase. As we can see in the society we live in today, the rate of unemployment is on the increase. We don’t know how it will be in a few years’ time. However, in the midst of all these challenges of getting a job, there are skills that one can acquire and earn a living from. “Programing/Coding” is one of them.
“Coding” and “Programming” are the two most important approaches in Software Development Industries. Coding is basically the process of creating codes from one language to another one. It can also be called a subset of Programming since it actually implements the initial steps of Programming. It involves writing codes in different languages as instructed. Programming is the process of developing an executable machine-level program that can be implemented without any error. It is the process of formally writing codes so that the human inputs and corresponding machine outputs remain in sync.
It is through Programing and coding that we create apps that are used on our phones and systems.
Step to learning Programming/Coding
- You must be computer literate.
- Work out why you want to learn Programing and Coding.
- Choose the right language.
- Choose the right resources to help you learn.
- Practice writing your programs.
- Join an online community of people who are interested and perfect in programming and coding.
Note: When you seek the right knowledge you become exceptional and resourceful. Programming and coding require focus, time, and constant practice for you to be perfect and be the best among others.
As long as you live, keep learning and get the required knowledge in your field of study or skills. The best became the best because they took out time to learn more and to practice what they learnt.
