Typically, employers often seek a combination of hard skills and soft skills that concentrate more on how you work and interact with others.
Earning these skills is not just to have head knowledge but to put this knowledge into practice.
Change Oriented is the ability to promptly and successfully adopt change and adapt effectively.
Change Oriented is about being able to respond to change firmly in the workplace in a way that leads to continuity in the success of your organization rather than deflecting it.
An example of being Change Oriented is being able to modify your working plans in response to changes in company prerogatives; New positions, New responsibilities, New Operating systems, etc
How to Develop this Competency;
Be conscious of a change in your environment
This will help you to be change-oriented, knowing that change is inevitable.

Be glad to learn and employ new things. This will certainly impact your abilities to take on new challenges and find new opportunities to develop your knowledge.
