Be Strategic
Your productivity goes a notch higher when you develop a strategic action plan. This means making necessary preparations, for clear and purposeful actions. This gives you the desired results. High flyers don’t just shoot aimlessly. Your actions must be well-thought-out with sound reasoning. You must know what works and what doesn’t.
Maximize opportunities for learning
Never see learning as a waste of time or a burden. Maximize learning opportunities. New ideas and greater productivity come from learning. Stay curious. Stay fascinated with how things work. Be interested in experimentation to discover new ways of doing things or simplifying processes. Challenges or failures do not deter high flyers. Every setback is feedback to keep trying until the answer is found.
