Be Clear
Four things you must be clear about at every point in life;
– Know who you are
– Know what you believe in
– Know what you stand for
– Know the things that matter to you.
When you are clear about these things, you will not be confused about your values, beliefs, goals, and the things you can achieve.
When you also know the things that matter to you, you can pass when you see the things that don’t matter. For instance, if you are sure that your academics are a priority, then other things that could distract you can wait.
A lot of people go back and forth and accomplish very little in little because they lack clarity about what they believe or what they stand for.
Know this;
– Life is lived from the inside out. Your victory starts from within.
– Your values and beliefs form the bedrock of your personality.
– These values dictate your actions.
Therefore, be clear about who you are, what you believe in, what you stand for, and what matters to you. Know the things that don’t align with you, so you can reject them upfront.
Define yourself clearly and early enough. Don’t negotiate with who you are.
