Fear has no hold on me!
Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the anticipation or awareness of danger. Most often, fear is ‘false evidence appearing real’.
To thrive in life, we need courage which is the antidote of fear. Isaiah 41:10 ESV fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Affirm boldly: Fear has no hold on me, for the Father has not given me the Spirit of fear but love, power and soundness of mind.
Whatever you are doing, face it with courage. You will surely overcome!
