Relevance means being needed or useful. Daniel (in Scriptures) was relevant to different administrations of government in his time, because he had wisdom and could provide solutions.
The world is constantly in need of solutions. Having the right wisdom to provide essential solutions brings relevance.
Isaiah 33:6 KJV- And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure.
Declare boldly, I am relevant because I am loaded with divine wisdom and insights.
