Be passionate
Have you ever watched the Atilogwu dancers on display? Their vibrancy and passion are simply infectious. Passion is fuel for productivity. Don’t just clock in and clock out of your field. Love what you do. It’s the passion and burning desire that will drive you and keep you engaged at all times and in all seasons.
If it’s important to you, then let it show. Have a deep connection to what you do and what you stand for. Without passion, your drive will burn out along the way.
Desire excellence
The track event is my best sport in the Olympics. It’s often intriguing watching the display of passion and desire for excellence. Some people give up at the starting line while others keep running even after they’ve crossed the finish line.
A lot of people are okay with just participating. High flyers participate to win. The desire for excellence is a booster of productivity. Work hard to have a winning edge. Give your best effort on a daily basis. Bring out the best in you, if you want to have a competitive advantage in your field.
Great heights cannot be achieved without the passion and a strong desire for excellence.
