DEVELOP YOUR OWN STRATEGY
The woman with the issue of blood developed a strategy to get her healing. It was to touch the hem of Jesus garment. This strategy backed up by faith secured her healing. The paralytic man and his four friends couldn’t get to where Jesus was. They removed the roof and dropped him on a mat in front of Jesus (Mark 2:1-5). Faith requires a strategy of action to back it up. Faith without works is dead (For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also, James 2:26).
Nothing works without a strategy. A strategy is an action plan. A strategy causes thought to evolve into action. It puts things into motion. Jesus asked the people to first fill the pots with water, and then He turned them into wine.
– As a student, what’s your strategy for academic success this year?
– As an employee, what’s your strategy for career success this year?
– As a business person, what’s your strategy for greater sales and profit this year?
The list is endless.
In that area that matters most to you, develop your own strategy for moving forward. Have an action plan.
Think about yourself as a director in the affairs of your life. God is your CEO. You need to have a current plan of action that you can present to God for direction, approval, and blessings.
It is your responsibility to set goals, develop a performance strategy, a financial strategy, a relationship strategy, etc
Ask God for wisdom, creativity, and guidance on how to get things done in an innovative way.
Ecclesiastes 10:10 NKJV- If the ax is dull,
And one does not sharpen the edge,
Then he must use more strength;
But wisdom brings success.
