What Troubles You?
In the world we live in today, there are many issues that can come knocking on the door. These include bills, health issues, relationship issues, work, your boss, your situation, etc Do you worry, fret and feel out of control when trouble comes knocking? If Yes, then you are not alone in this.
A lot of people feel weak, angry, negative, hostile, and disempowered when things don’t go the way they planned it. However, there is a better alternative. You can choose to build your inner strength. Our inner strength lies with God. So, this simply means building your faith.
Men and women of faith feel strong, confident, and powerful, even when they are in the midst of a storm. Most times, you don’t see the storm, you only get to see the victory. Jesus was sleeping in a boat, while the boat was being buffeted by a storm. When He arose, He spoke to the storm and there was calm and peace.
Don’t be troubled by the storms of life. Speak to the storm and declare peace. Whatever, you are going through, remain positive, joyful, and optimistic. You are coming out of it with shouts of victory.
Exodus 14:15-16 (ESV)- The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward. Lift up your staff, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel may go through the sea on dry ground
