RESPONSIBILITY AS A TOOL FOR EXCELLENCE
Being responsible means being dependable.
During my secondary school days, I heard overtime from our teachers when they gave comments on some students being very responsible. We can then say that being responsible is evident, we know you are responsible through your actions.
The Acts Of Being Responsible involves;
– Keeping And Honoring Our Commitments
At the beginning of a new session, most students draw a plan and write a vision for the new session. It is not enough to just write a vision or draw a plan for a session, You have to honor the plan and vision, You are responsible for the result of your plan. The goals you set are not auto-fulfill, Honour your commitment, Be intentional About it.
-Developing Our Potential.
Taking responsibility helps us to develop our potentials, You do much more when you don’t run away from responsibility. You set up yourself to win when you take responsibility.
-Taking Responsibility For Things Helps Us Get Stronger
People who are responsible don’t make unnecessary excuses.
Conclusion
Being responsible is knowing that you are responsible for your outcome.
Responsibility as a tool of excellence; You are responsible for that responsibility.
Responsibility as a tool for excellence; It’s you giving yourself for excellence.
