You have an important business presentation to make and your stakeholders want to see a visual presentation of your business report. Your best visual tool is PowerPoint.
No presentation at any event, seminar, or conference will be complete without the use of presentation slides.

- PowerPoint allows you to create clean slideshows with striking visuals for business or academic presentations.
- People tend to remember what they see more often than what they hear. The use of PowerPoint enables you to take your presentation a step higher.
- Its’ flexibility allows users to create presentations from scratch or a template.
- It allows users to add text, images, arts, videos, transitions, or animations to their work.
How to use PowerPoint (Basics)
The features available on the home page of your PowerPoint package will depend on the version you have and whether you are on a MAC or a PC
- To start, click on blank presentation if you are starting a presentation from scratch.
- Select a template if you want to use pre-made text boxes.
- Click to add text, if using a template.
- To change the font, font size, colour, bold, italics, or other effects, highlight the text you want to change and select the option on the home page.
- To add bullets to your work, select the text box and click on bullets.
- Remember to keep text to a minimum, so you don’t overcrowd your slides.
- Check legibility when choosing background colours, font size, etc
