Anxiety and stress are reduced if you plan your day the night before. Your efficiency improves just by setting aside 20 minutes to write out your morning plan. You can hit the ground running once you wake up.

You can use technology to your advantage. There are lots of great tools out there that can give you a cutting-edge advantage, both in planning, scheduling, and optimizing your day. Use them to boost your productivity.
