-Weed out non-important tasks
Non-essential activities can clog up your day and prevent you from focusing on the essential ones. Recognize them and weed them out. Don’t commit to time-wasting activities simply out of a sense of obligation.
-Avoid clutter, Tidy up
You could be working on several things at the same time and this can lead to clutter. Take time out to tidy up. A cluttered desk can lead to confusion and a cluttered mind. It’s difficult to work productively when you are surrounded by mess. Clear your desk. Clear your environment. Clear your mind.
