Pay attention to details
The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra. The high flyer goes the extra mile when others have stopped. Others may be okay with just getting the job done but you want excellence. This may require staying back when others have said goodnight. The minor adjustments and the little extra makes the difference. You are more meticulous because you know the difference between 89% and 90%. You are not worried about being poked at for doing too much, because high flyers don’t settle for average. They go beyond average to where greatness lies.
Connect with like-minds
The person you meet and connect with can make the difference between a fruitful day and a wasted day. I’m sure we can all relate to this. Your productivity can be heavily undermined if you connect with the wrong person. High-flyers must find and align with the right people to collaborate and share ideas. This helps to further your efforts and births your goals.
Note this;
-Your productivity and growth potential are directly tied to the quality of people and associations you keep. It is often said that your network is your net worth.
So, identify with like-minded people who reflect where you want to be and can add value to help you get there, either with ideas, direction, encouragement or simply sharing your vision.
Stay away from people who kill or belittle your dreams.
